A: Because of our premium parts and installation, we get very few service calls. Still, we’re so obsessed with customer satisfaction that we have a warranty specialist on staff. His ONLY job is handling warranty work. This allows us to service your warranty claim within 24 business hours of your call.

A: Animal welfare is near and dear to our heart. We’ve partnered with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control to form the Presto Pawz program. This program raises food donations, awareness, and care for animals at Animal Control’s shelter.
