Garage Door Installation Specialist (Full-Time Position)

Job Description

As a Garage Door Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation for replacement or new construction of residential garage door systems. We are looking for individuals that will place their focus on exceptional work quality, excellent customer service, and attention to all the safety functions for garage door systems.

Responsibilities

  • Installing replacement and new construction residential garage door systems to our company standard
  • Check for all materials before leaving for the jobsite
  • Communicate with customers face to face
  • Responsible for going over all product warranty information and safety features
  • Accept customer payments and turn in all paperwork and payments to the Service Manager daily
  • Use an internet-based schedule via cell phone
  • Keep company vehicle neat and organized to present positive company and personal appearance

Qualifications

  • Experience in garage door installation is required
  • Good with hands and able to lift garage door sections, stand on ladders, and do work overhead
  • Stickler for punctuality
  • Good communication skills when interacting with customers
  • Ability to work on a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to stick to the task at hand so that each installation is completed on time and to the customer and the company’s expectation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid Carolina driver’s license with good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay, Perks & Benefits

  • Salary: $52,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Garage Door Design Consultant (Full-Time Position)

Job Description

As a Garage Door Design Consultant, you’ll conduct sales appointments and design, educate, and assist customers in choosing the perfect garage door system for their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Run in-home Presto Design Consultations/sales appointments for potential customers to help them select the right garage door for their needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome customer objections
  • Follow up with potential customers via telephone and email
  • Use a project visualizer to design customers’ garage doors
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales target quotas
  • Accurately measure job sites

Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful sales or construction experience
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong face-to-face presentation skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Have excellent customer service instincts
  • Valid Carolina driver’s license with good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay, Perks & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Floor Coatings Installer (25-35 Hours Per Week)

Job Description

A Floor Coatings Installer applies our state-of-the-art NextGen® floor coatings to our customers’ garages. This polyaspartic floor coating can be installed in a two-car garage in as little as four hours. The product can also be installed in cold months. 

As a Floor Coatings Installer, you’ll make a great income while working 25 to 35 hours per week (see salary details below). The right candidate will have the ability to move into a management position in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Installing polyaspartic floor coatings in residential garages
  • Fixing uneven or cracked concrete prior to floor coating application
  • Check for all materials before leaving for the jobsite
  • Communicate with customers face to face
  • Responsible for going over all product warranty information and safety features
  • Accept customer payments and turn in all paperwork and payments to the Service Manager daily
  • Use an internet-based schedule via cell phone
  • Keep company vehicle neat and organized to present positive company and personal appearance

Qualifications

  • Floor coatings experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
  • Stickler for punctuality
  • Good communication skills when interacting with customers
  • Ability to work on a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to stick to the task at hand so that each installation is completed on time and to the customer and the company’s expectation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid Carolina driver’s license with good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay, Perks & Benefits

  • Pay: $5,200.00 – $6,200.00 per month
  • Paid vacation time, paid sick days, health insurance, productivity bonuses
